We ship to North America, Europe, and selected international regions. Free shipping (including taxes and customs clearance) is available for the U.S. (excluding PR, HI, AK) and most EU countries. Additional shipping fees may apply for the Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Full shipping details will be provided on the Kickstarter campaign page.

Yes. The $10 reservation is fully refundable anytime before the Kickstarter campaign ends. You may cancel and request a refund at any time if you change your mind.

KEENMOW K1 supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 4G. An internet connection is needed during setup and mapping, so the mower should be used in an area with Wi-Fi coverage or with the optional 4G Net Box. The 4G Net Box is an add-on that includes 3 years of free service and allows real-time connection and control even without Wi-Fi. Once the map is created, no internet connection is needed for normal mowing unless you want to check or control the mower remotely.

The 4G Net Box is an optional module that lets the mower connect to the internet through 4G. It includes a 3-year data plan, which can be renewed later in the app if needed. If your yard has stable Wi-Fi coverage, the mower can work normally without the 4G Net Box. Wi-Fi or 4G is needed when the mower creates the map. After mapping is complete, it can still mow without a network connection. However, if you want to monitor or control the mower remotely through the app, it will need to stay connected to the internet.
