This Warranty Policy applies only to orders purchased directly from KEENMOW.com. Orders purchased from Amazon, Kickstarter, distributors, resellers, third-party marketplaces, or any other sales channels are not covered by this policy and may be subject to their own warranty or after-sales terms.

Please note that this warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable local consumer protection laws.

1. Warranty Period

The warranty period starts from the date the product is delivered to the original end-user purchaser.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Warranty coverage ends if the product is sold, transferred, or used by another owner.

2. What This Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, KEENMOW provides warranty coverage for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Product or component failure under normal operating conditions

  • Battery or accessory defects within the applicable warranty period

  • Issues confirmed by KEENMOW as quality-related defects

If your warranty claim is approved, KEENMOW may provide troubleshooting support, replacement parts, repair service, product replacement, or another suitable solution depending on the issue.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products not purchased directly from KEENMOW.com

  • Products without valid proof of purchase from KEENMOW.com

  • Products that are outside the warranty period

  • Products that have been sold, transferred, or used by another owner

  • Lost or stolen products

  • Free products, gifts, samples, or promotional items unless otherwise stated

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading, blade wear, tire wear, or cosmetic damage

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, improper installation, accidents, neglect, or abuse

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, disassembly, or third-party service

  • Damage caused by failure to follow the user manual, safety instructions, maintenance instructions, or app guidance

  • Damage caused by external factors such as extreme weather, flooding, fire, power surges, improper storage, animal damage, or impact from outside objects

  • Damage caused by using the product outside the original country or region of purchase without prior approval

  • Any issue that is not related to product quality or manufacturing defects

Consumable parts, such as blades and other parts subject to regular wear, are not covered unless the issue is caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, please contact us at support@keenmow.com and provide:

  • Your KEENMOW.com order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem, if applicable

  • Product serial number, if available

  • Your delivery address and contact information

In some cases, we may request additional information to verify your order or inspect the issue.

Please do not return the product or any parts without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Warranty Process

After receiving your warranty claim, our support team will review the information and may ask you to complete basic troubleshooting steps or provide additional photos, videos, or product details.

Depending on the issue, KEENMOW may provide remote troubleshooting support, send replacement parts, arrange repair service, replace the defective product or component, or request that the product or defective part be returned for inspection.

Products or parts replaced under warranty may become the property of KEENMOW and may not be returned to you.

6. Repair or Replacement

If your warranty claim is approved, KEENMOW will determine the most suitable solution at its discretion.

The solution may include repair, replacement parts, product replacement, or another reasonable remedy.

Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished, provided that they are in good working condition and have functionality equivalent to the original product or part.

Repair or replacement under warranty does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.

7. Shipping Costs for Warranty Service

Shipping costs depend on the reason for the warranty claim and the inspection result.

KEENMOW will cover reasonable shipping costs if the issue is confirmed to be a product quality defect within the warranty period.

The customer may be responsible for shipping costs in the following situations:

  • The product is returned for reasons other than a confirmed defect

  • The product is found to be working normally after inspection

  • The warranty claim is made for a product used outside the original country or region of purchase

  • The product is returned without prior approval

  • The issue is caused by misuse, improper operation, unauthorized repair, or other non-warranty reasons

  • International return shipping is required and was not approved by KEENMOW in advance

For large products such as robotic lawn mowers, please keep the original packaging whenever possible to help ensure safe transportation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KEENMOW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or reasonable remedy of the defective product or component.

This warranty does not cover loss of time, loss of use, inconvenience, installation costs, removal costs, lawn maintenance costs, or any other indirect losses unless required by applicable law.

9. Relationship with Return Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to quality-related issues during the warranty period.

If you would like to return a product within 30 days of delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Returns for personal reasons, order cancellations, and refunds are handled separately under that policy.
